At the age of 48, Karen Polanchek, A functional nutritional therapy practitioner, experienced a divorce, a death in the family, a move, and final exams (within 3 mo.’s), all of which, threw her into menopause.  Karen spent three months in bed with adrenal exhaustion, depression, panic attacks and eventually, suicidal thoughts.  

Her tendency towards over exercising and extreme dieting led to adrenal fatigue but now at the age of 54, Karen reports she feels better than ever.  Through nutritional and hormonal support, Karen learned how to create balance in her hormones as well as in her life.  

Gaining control over her food and sugar addiction led to long term healing of her mind and body.
