Cathy Cuddy, a Registered Dietitian, Nutritionist and Certified Holistic Health Coach has a passion for health, wellness, great food and good living .

Cathy works closely with clients to develop personal nutrition plans that work specifically to meet their needs.

Cathy’s interest in Food and Nutrition came at an early age as she watched her mom prepare meals with vegetables grown in the family garden.

 When her dad was diagnosed with high cholesterol and heart disease, she took a keen interest in Nutrition and the difference that Healthy eating makes to manage chronic disease. It was then that she decided to pursue her degree in Nutrition and become a dietitian.

Cathy developed her company CC Nutrition and Wellness LLC to help clients navigate their way to better health through personalized nutrition and wellness programs.

 Today, she works with busy women who struggle with midlife health changes and weight management so that they can reclaim their bodies and their lives.

 Cathy addresses what to eat to help you stay full longer and make it easier to be mindful about your diet throughout the day.
