Devon Loftus is a writer, author, speaker and the founder of Moon Cycle Bakery — a wellness based business that focuses on the menstrual cycle and creates sweet treats and food related products to help support women hormonally, spiritually and emotionally. Inside and outside of her business, Devon values emotional and mental health. She holds writing workshops where she personifies big emotions to help process them and guides others in doing the same. She likes to share thoughts and experiences, particularly as a woman and a mother (and a human), on social media.
Devon currently lives, works and writes from New Jersey. She is heavily influenced by her time spent living on the west coast, holistic health, her family and the human experience.
Devon Loftus started her Mooncycle Bakery after she realized the need for hormonally balanced nutrition during a woman's menstrual cycle.
Devon's own history with depression and suicidal ideation deepened her understanding between the connection of food and mood. Devon's deep love and connection to her mother led her to seek help for her depression and now she helps others address their feelings and emotions through her writing and coaching.
